Zeal is gained over time if your Drakes mood is over 75%. Your dragons mood is only 3% so it will never gain any zeal.

No only the owner of the dragon can get the dragons menu or their offspring.

If you have particles turned off on your viewer you may not see them. Do you see other particles?

The first things you need to do is rerezz your dragons, then you need to check the range and make sure that food is within range of the dragons, if you are still having these issues please file a ticket so i may come take a look and we can resolve both of your issues.
