Mystical Creatures Site Guidelines

By joining this site you agree to adhere to the following community guidelines when using our site.

1. No Spam / Advertising / Self-promote on the site.

This site defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the site with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc.
Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users.

2. Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images.

Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on this site. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.
This is a website for Mystical Creatures, a breedables community in Second Life.

3. Do not post copyright-infringing material.

Providing copyright-infringing material is against these guidelines so please do not do so.

4. Do not PM users asking for help.

Do not send private messages to any users asking for help. If you need help with your Mystical Creatures please create a support ticket via the support tab in the menu.

5. Remain respectful of other members at all times.

All posts should be courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective.

However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them, staff, admins or the quality of this community.

General Posting Guidelines

What happens if I break a rule?

If you break a rule you will be warned with an explanation of why. 

Every time you are warned this counts as 1 warning point. Each warning point comes with restrictions as follows:

1 Warning Point - 

7 days posting restriction
14 days content moderation

2 Warning Points -

31 days posting restriction
62 days content moderation

3 Warning Points -

Full account ban.

DISCLAIMER: Staff can ban any user at their sole discretion within or outside of these guidelines.

What happens if I see a thread/post which has broken a rule?

Please use the report tool which is shown next to every thread/post on this site.

Support Guidelines

As with the guidelines stated above, those all apply to our support ticket system as well as what is listed below.

- Tickets may take 48-72 hours to get a response from the support team, please have patience.
- PLEASE put both your full SL First name and Last name (if you do not have a last name put resident) in the ticket do NOT use display names
- All communication MUST be in the ticket. CSRs will not respond to in world IMs or Note cards! To ensure your ticket is resolved as quick as possible, Please keep ALL responses/communications in your ticket.
- Tickets may take 48-72 hours to get a response from the support team, please have patience.
- Do not respond to the emails, we do not get those, you must respond inside the ticket itself for us to see the response.
- No response to tickets from the user in 3 days and the ticket will be closed.
- Do not wait to be contacted inworld regarding your ticket. Please log in and check for responses to your tickets.
- Please do not file multiple tickets for the same issue, it only slows things down and the duplicate tickets will be closed.
- Refrain from refreshing your page on the ticket system, it will duplicate your tickets
- You must be the owner of the Dragon/Egg/Absorbable or Edible to file a ticket. Please do not file tickets for others.
- Please include any pertinent information regarding your ticket/issue this will help expedite your ticket through faster.
