I have some exciting news for all of you! Have you ever wanted to do your own Auction? Are you an Auctioneer with out a home Auction house?
Well im happy to announce we are going to try something a little different by opening the Official Mystical Creatures Auction!

Here are the rules to use the ~Mystical Creatures~ OFFICIAL AUCTION HOUSE!
*To schedule your auction:
>See the auction times listed on the websites Official Auction Schedule

>Find an open time and add your auction
>It will be approved my a staff member
* Minimum set price at Auctions will be 500 L$
* No price drops at Auctions.
* Practice Fair Market Pricing:
Fair Market Pricing - is an estimate of the market value of a property, based on what a knowledgeable, willing, and unpressured buyer would probably pay to a knowledgeable, willing, and unpressured seller in the market.
* Auctioneers can invite patrons.
* Must have the group to rez.
Best of all this is FREE you will keep all profits and tips made at your auction here at the ~Mystical Creatures~ OFFICIAL AUCTION HOUSE!

You will be responsible to get your own patrons do your own spam and so on! We are hoping that you guys will like and utilize this space for selling of your Amazing Mystical Creatures!!
