This is personally one of my faves! The Skyfae Horn Pigment!
This will look great on so many different skins! Remember that you can put this on the following horns:

Feathers
Fins

How do you get one of these? Well you need to breeding some of the following:
new 2.0 Starters
New AP Dragon
2024 Legendary Edition - Vitriol
