  1. This isn't a perfect mock up but I couldn't resist dropping my idea in a photo version. I Originally like the red and yellow hot rod designs on old muscle cars, but the blue was more appealing since we do not have many BLUE dragons. Granted this one is black, you could use the blues in the skin markings to accent with other traits that may not match other existing coats.

  5. Ok, just a blurb... Happened to find these gorgeous floating islands at Uber and figured I'd give them a shot. They're honestly a bit too small to do anything home wise with unless it's tiny, but it makes a great Dragon hang out/breeding ground... My idea for the minute :D

  7. Looking at my collection so far, I would have to say that my favorite LE is the Molten Soul. I was lucky enough to get a boy, and I named him Smaug. His coloration was indeed exceptional, seemingly having crawled from the depths of the molten core of a volcano. It was a big disappointment to find that his beautiful coat doesn't pass, but I did enjoy picking up a project that my Partner had begun. With so many projects on his hands, I took a fancy to the high contrast of the orange on black, so I happily took over. Opposite of Smaug is One Hot Mama. She's one of the first designer dragons I've dabbled seriously with. She's nearing 100 now, so I've only a few more eggs to have with her, and I have to say that even if the Molten coat didn't pass, the rest did, and I am proud that I was able to finish with an amazing bang. Who's the bigger baddie in this show down? Smaug or One Hot Mama? Does it matter? She will share an Eternal spot with her Sire soon enough!

  8. I stepped into the Dragon World because my Partner is a massive Dragon fanatic. I had never really bred anything before the Fennux almost 8 years ago, and while they were cute, they never held my attention for long. My complete and utter fascination arose within the Dragon community when I saw the first Ceondet skin. I told my Partner that that would be my project.  Starting off with just the skin and waiting the months to piece together the individual traits, this skin was always incredibly pretty to me. At one point, I think I had over 30 Ceondet traited dragons out at once, which consisted of my entire collection.  I was so proud to finally get my first pod of 5T Elemental Ceondets that I bred them 4 generations in. Now, I can idly pick an egg free and tweak when new markings come out.  The Smolder Peach was a lovely accent, the Smolder Ruby reminded me too much of Ketchup on fries.... The Fissures were never a favorite of mine,  although I have many Datentud/Ceondet mixes with the Charcoal Fissure.  I find I've got quite a soft spot for the Smolder.  This Lemon Smolder is a hard won and almost impossible to be agreeable and easy pass, appearing as almost a ghost like imprint, that won my need to make her Eternal. Great breeding strategy!

  9. With all of the new skins, I find myself still attached to some of the older ones.  This little Zaetus with the Ruby Smolder, for instance, was once a very costly smolder to obtain, and my non-breeding friend gifted a $10K Zaetus with the rare marking to my partner. My Partner was trying to get the Smolder Ruby on his new project at the time, the Ukienths, and the sheer stubbornness of this Zaetus skin drove him insane. Every egg laid with the Zaetus as a sire, came out purple and red. I used to laugh at the sheer frustration of the number of deep purple coats littered within the black and red coats, in an attempt to simply move the Smolder Ruby.  Amusingly, within the month, I was the proud new owner of the purple and red Sire. His coloration would not fit into any of the coats I was breeding, but I simply kept him fed because I thought that he was gorgeous.

This was long ago, and the sire is long gone. Sent to Dragon Heaven in my adventure to get the Ascention dragon. Today, through some fluke, somehow in the past round of eggs laid by my Partner's new and unassociated broods, we find this 5T Zaetus with the Smolder Ruby marking. Nostalgia at it's finest, I asked for the egg to save it from his clean up. Hatched this sweet girl to eventually immortalize, so that I may always hold this sweet memory close.
